Mesynthes’s corporate office and research and development centre is located in Wellington, New Zealand and we are active with business development activities in the United States, Asia and Europe. Our manufacturing facilities are based New Zealand to ensure that our products are sourced from the worlds safest, cleanest and most disease-free tissue sources under very strict and well controlled quality standards so that clinicians, nurses and patients can have full confidence in the performance and safety of our products.

Our development platform is a lyophilized shelf stable extracellular matrix (ECM) scaffold which is strong, safe, rich in fibrillar and adhesive proteins and immunologically quiet. Our matrix includes a bimodal surface architecture, vascular channels, growth factors and glycosaminoglycans (GAGS). The authentic complexity™ of our matrix delivers structure, signals and substrates to promote tissue regeneration.
