Endoform Dermal Template™ provides the benefits of the authentic complexity™ to allow normal cell-ecm interactions and support repair and remodelling with minimal scarring.
In acute wounds, extracellular matrix is used a temporary tissue substitute to advance the wound healing process and reduce contracture. The impact of applying extracellular matrix in chronic wounds is to restore normal cell-ecm interactions, kick-start the stalled healing process, encourage new tissue growth in the wound bed and epithelialization.
Endoform Dermal Template™ is presented as a sterile dry sheet in a peel pouch and is strong and easy to handle in a dry or wet state. It is applied directly to the wound bed, then rehydrated, covered with a non-adherent dressing, and secured in place. Endoform™ is quick and easy to apply, available off-the shelf, and doesn’t require special storage.
Endoform Dermal Template™ is cleared by the US FDA for human use and intended for the management of a wide variety of wounds including:
• partial and full-thickness wounds
• pressure ulcers
• venous ulcers
• diabetic ulcers
• chronic vascular ulcers
• tunnelled/undermined wounds
• surgical wounds (donor sites/grafts, post-Moh's, post-laser, podiatric, wound dehiscence)
